History

BOF was established in 1986 and has been continuously expanding its production range and market.

It’s annual capacity reaches upto over 15000tons at present.

In 1986: Establish

In 1986, BOTOU ORIENT FOUNDRY CO,.LTD was established.

In 1998:Export

We started selling our goods to world-wide market for the first time.

In 2002:ISO9001

We got the ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2002.

In 2010:Export

We started exporting our goods by ourselves.

In 2014:New workshop

New big modern workshop was built for more efficient production.

In 2015:1st molding line

A set of precoated sand molding line was ready at the end of year 2015.

In 2015:2nd molding line

A set of Horizontal molding line was introduced and put into use in July 2015.

In 2016:BSI Kitemark

We got BSI Kitemark quality system certification in 2016.

In 2018:Environmental protection inspection

According to government’s requirement of environment protection, we installed a full set of dust cleaning instruments and passed the inspecion ,we ranked class B enterprice.

In 2022:3rd molding line

Our 3rd Molding Line has been under normal production in May.15th 2022, it’s an automatic static pressing molding line , the sand box size is 1150mm x 1500mm , with this new molding line, we are going to improve our production efficiency very much.
